The NorthCountry Whitetails' Demo Center

The Demo Center is 500 plus acres of prime whitetail habitat. Dozens of habitat improvement projects have been completed and are there for the viewing. As are our research plots.

A Whitetail Weekend to Remember With Neil and Charlie



The highlight of NorthCountry's season is without doubt The Whitetail Weekend. Now, with the support of the Whitetail Alliance the weekend will be even better than before. Imagine spending an entire weekend with two of the nations leading white-tailed deer authorities. Nothing but deer and deer hunting for 48 straight hours. It doesn't get any better than this.
The weekend is spent at NorthCountry Whitetails beautiful 500 acre demo property in Steuben County NY. Guests stay in NorthCountry's hunting lodge, bunk house or one of the two-person cabins on the premises. Meals are of course, included, as are autographed copies of Neil and Charlie's latest books.

The majority of the weekend is spent on the demo center with Neil and Charlie leading the way (once you left our comfortable motorized tram). The pair cover: food plots, forage research, sanctuaries, Quality Deer Management, deer behavior and nutrition, hunting strategies, food plot maintenance, equipment selection, photography, property layout (bring an aerial photo and topo of your property) to list just a few.

A special treat includes a trip to Charlie's farm to see his QDM property and whitetail research enclosure. The dates for the 2008 program are:
