	NEW LISTINGS
1.	63 Acres Neighboring Kindred Spirits
	Over the years a number of our NorthCountry Whitetails friends have expressed an interest in becoming “neighbors” of our Steuben County “Kindred Spirits” property. Late last year a neighbor contacted us to help him sell his 63 acres which is a mere 100 yds. away from one of our lines. The property is mostly slope with a few small food plot locations. It has a nice network of access trails and has a nice population of deer and turkeys. It has recently been logged so it has a lot of nice “structure” on the ground and will shortly be growing up in berries and brush making good cover. Some of the same deer using our Kindred Spirits property cross this property as well. It is on a super quiet seasonal road (McChesney Rd.) less than a mile up the road from Craig’s mountain office location. A cabin that has seen better days sits on a nice accessible lot in the woods.
